- Applebutter (yeah thas right, apple butter weekend lines up with my fall break! but i'll explain that later)
- Driving. i miss driving. i am afraid i have forgotten how to drive. probably not good when you drive a tank.
- Richmond. i miss my baby more than i miss a lot of things.
- Brother. i have not seen or talked to my brother in 2 months. why? because whenever i try to catch up with him he snubs me. i taught him well, huh?
- Hibachi. yes thats right. Tricia-Caroline Hibachi date in SIX NIGHTS.
- Tricia. my sister. i love her, even though we have not known each other long. i will blog about this later, promise.
- home-cooked food! i am SO SICK of RuHo food. so sick of it.
- Section dinner. i miss marching band. i am pathetic. just kidding, i really did love it.
- Hidden Valley Football! is it bad that i'm really excited to show off my newly-learned football vocabulary?
- Campaigners. ahhh how i have missed you. the bread and butter of Young Life.
- Church of the Holy Spirit. although, i like midtown better.
- Community - all my brothers and sisters!
You know what's great though? As much as all of this says "home" to me...i've found a new home here in Columbia.
- Walking - i walk everywhere. yes. everywhere.
- Melvin. my fish. no, he does not compare to my baby. sorry.
- My brother cannot be replaced. there is no Columbia equivalent to Harry, unfortunately.
- Pandini's - my new go-to restaurant.
- Julia - no one will replace Tricia. but i love Julia a lot. we are sisters. i am loving getting to know her better.
- RuHo sucks. that's all.
- Carolina Football! just saying, muuuuch greater that HVFB.
- my Bible study - new friends, new leader. i am loving getting to know everyone. all girls bible study is a good idea.
- Midtown. much much much better than COTHS. for me, at least. i walk out of there EVERY sunday feeling either convicted or overjoyed. i really connect to the sermons.
- Community - people in roanoke will say that the best community is there. well, i'm here to tell you that if you think that's the case, you need to come to USC. it is so much greater.
Yes. i miss roanoke a lot. but i am sooo glad to be at USC. i am glad that i am 4 hours away from home and i cannot go home every weekend. it will make going home so much sweeter.
