now this is what a monday should be like

this was basically the best monday in the whole history of mondays. i slept til ten (no school, HOLLA!), woke up, had a delicious breakfast (pancakes and bacon, yummm), then went back to bed and lounged around all day long. i may have watched five or six (no, really) episodes of my newest TV addiction, one tree hill. i'm seriously in love with lucas and peyton. they NEED to be together. and shyeahhh, nathan is hot, you're so right lauren. and nanny carrie psychotic. ahh i've gotten so into it. i had to tear myself away from it when it was time for my grandmother to pick me up to go to second helpings. we volunteer there together every monday, she normally picks me up right after school and we volunteer 3:30 to 5, just doing menial jobs to help out. today we tagged jewelry. it doesnt matter what we do, just that we do it together. we laugh and laugh, we probably sound like middle school girls, except i'm a senior in high school and she's a senior citizen. i love being close to my grandmother.

after second helpings i caught a quick dinner at home and headed out to club. i left a little early so i could drive around back roads listening to music in my car, it's a good time to think. and normally i have people in my car that i'm taking places so it's nice to have that time to myself with my thoughts. i think about friends, and relationships. i think about God and love. i think about how much i care about the people in my life, and how much my friends care about me. the life we live is amazing, we have it so good. i want my friends to have the happiness that i have. i want them to feel full like i do, and live their lives to the fullest. that's why i love them.

after driving around for a while, i got to club. i went to cave spring's because hv wasn't having club and one of my bffz was giving the talk. he rocked it. club was really fun today, because i got to hang out with my friends from a different school. i got to see how they love on their friends, and it was beautiful to watch. it's awesome how they have the same feeling in their hearts as i do, and how we're all a family. we're really all in this together. teehee, like high school musical.
